Halloween is celebrated on the 31st of October. According to scientists it originated from an ancient Celtic festival called Samhain. People believed that on that day the dead could visit the living, as their spirits return to earth. Halloween is celebrated in many countries all over the world and also in Ukraine. That’s why students of foreign philology department didn’t want to miss that opportunity. Almost all groups prepared interesting facts about the origin of this holiday and a lot of scary decorations.
As for the groups 446 and 456 we decided even to prepare a “costume party” and everybody chose the costume and the hero she was depicting.
